Lorraine Kelly gave all her viewers that end-of-the-week feeling as she presented Friday's edition of her daily show and her outfit was so colourful and cheerful, that it really made us smile! The 59-year-old worked it in a black sweatshirt, which featured the words 'amour' emblazoned over the front in rainbow letters. Priced at £25 from online store Very, she tucked it into the waistband of her yellow pencil skirt, which was from high street store Karen Millen. Although a past season item, the brand has plenty of colourful pieces should you want to get your technicolour fix. The mother-of-one added black high heel shoes and wore her trademark brown hair in a lightly waved style.

It appears that the TV veteran is having a love affair with colour right now, despite the fact that autumn dressing tends to feature more caramel, terracotta tones.

But do you know what, we love it all the same! On Thursday morning, Lorraine was a vision in pink - rocking a Barbie-coloured bodycon dress by Closet London. We loved the smart frock that would work equally well in the office as well as on an evening out. With it's close-fitting cut and asymmetric frill hem, it looked fabulous against the mother-of-one's English Rose skin-tone and we loved the addition of a pair of sparkly high heel shoes from Kurt Geiger.

October is officially Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Lorraine is supporting the cause by running a month-long campaign called You Know Breast, educating women on how to check for lumps and bumps. On Monday, the Scottish star kicked off the campaign in style, wearing a coral pink three-quarter sleeved top from Marks & Spencer, which she teamed with a fitted pencil skirt from Debenhams and a pair of shocking pink court shoes from Topshop for good measure.
