Excuse us, while we add Halle Berry’s necklace to our Christmas lists. The ageless Oscar winner popped up on Instagram, showing off a gold necklace with a double lioness pendant - and we wanted all the details.
It turned out to be a sweet tribute to her good friend Kerry Washington, who helped design the Aurate New York accessory as part of her Lioness Collection collab with the brand.

“Rocking my sweet friend @kerrywashington’s new jewelry collab with @auratenewyork,” Halle captioned the photo, which showed her pairing the necklace with a leopard print face mask and a black top. The Kidnap star went on to share a snap of the matching Lioness Pendant earrings she was also rocking, which were hidden by her soft, wavy locks in the snap.

In case you missed it, Kerry’s collection with the female-founded brand dropped last month, and it's infused with the symbol of the Egyptian goddess, Sekhmet, who has a lion’s face and woman’s body. "Sekhmet is a warrior goddess and the Egyptian goddess of healing ... [whose] name translates to 'she who is powerful'," the Scandal star told Zoe Report.
