Frida Redknapp was a vision on Tuesday when she shared a stunning clip of herself working up a sweat in her lavish family home.
Taking to her Instagram account, the Swedish supermodel, 38, showed off her svelte physique in a tiny black crop top and a pair of matching skin-tight leggings. Her all-black gym look was complete with a pair of matching black trainers.
Captioning the clip, she penned; "At home workouts. I try to fit in a 60 min workout 4-5 times/week, combined with brisk walks in the park. But even a 30min well-planned session can do the job! Being consistent with my training has always been the main thing for me.
"I need it to feel strong and alert, it gives me the energy I need to get on with my day. Working out at home is practical and time efficient. Especially when you have 5 kids . Of course a boxing, spinning or yoga session at the gym, whenever there is time, is great too."
Friends and fans couldn't get enough of the stunning update. One follower penned: "You look amazing Frida, you have inspired me, thank you for that. I need to start with the 30 minutes and build up."
A second added: "Thank you for sharing! You look amazing!" A third penned: "Consistency is everything isn't it? Fair play to you and 5 kids! Wow you are some woman."
Whether it's a gym-ready ensemble or a glamorous date night look it's safe to say the blonde beauty always looks flawless. Last week, she was spotted enjoying a romantic evening out with her husband Jamie Redknapp - and she looked gorgeous.
The couple stepped out at Story Cellar, a Parisian-inspired rotisserie by Michelin star chef Tom Story. Frida dazzled in a black long-sleeved lace crop top and matching high-waisted trousers for the romantic evening.
Sharing a photo beside his wife of three years, Jamie penned: "Congratulations mate! This place is incredible @storycellar."
During the glamorous evening, Jamie and Frida enjoyed an array of delicious dishes and the former footballer even made a candid confession about his adoring wife whilst at the dinner table.
