The duo were having a great time on the beach as they laughed together as Helen pulled off some silly moves in her stunning two-piece. The item highlighted the mum-of-three's phenomenal physique while she had her luscious blonde locks pulled up into a bun. Meanwhile, Matilda looked pretty in a peach-coloured swimsuit as she giggled at her mum's antics.
Helen revealed just what her children meant to her in her caption, as she touchingly wrote: "If you ever feel like giving up, just remember there is a little girl who wants to be just like you… don't disappoint her." She finished the post off with a mermaid and heart emoji.

And last weekend, she took fans on a trip down memory lane as she relived some of her best bikini moments from her holidays to Dubai.
Alongside the selection of stunning snaps, the glamorous 32-year-old said: "Lovely Easter stay @leroyalmeridiendubai @grosvenorhouse. Stayed at this hotel since I've been 19 and I have the best memories here. My kids have been here since babies and all know it so well. I've had all my baby moon breaks here, my gender reveal with Delilah, New Year's etc, it really is a home from home for me.
"It's my favourite hotel in Dubai and my kids just love it and are obsessed with the kids club and making friends with other kids. I look super bedraggled here as I was checking out but memories made."
