Carol Vorderman regularly thrills her followers with insights into her extreme workouts while also wearing stunning curve-hugging outfits.
And as she prepares to re-enter the I'm a Celebrity jungle, this time in South Africa, she gave her followers an insight into her morning routine, which you can see in the video below. As ever, Carol had the most striking of outfits, wearing a nude-coloured crop top and leggings that highlighted her toned abs as she performed her yoga and wiggled around.
The 62-year-old presenter even had her own supermodel moment as she waved her hair in slow-motion all while wearing a pair of heart-shaped sunglasses.
In her caption, Carol shared: "WELCOME TO SOUTH AFRICA. A little look at my workouts, mixed with a little bit of dancing in isolation for @imacelebrity… South Africa. Happy Saturday lovelies."

The post sparked a reaction amongst her large fanbase, who were quick to shower her with complimentary messages.
One commented: "Abs are on fire, hard work is paying off," while a second posted: "Carol, I just would love to dance with you there. You have very good moves. Happy Earth Day."
A third asked: "Do you follow a specific diet? You look incredible," while others shared one-word comments like "beautiful" or "stunning".
Speaking on HELLO!'s Good Place podcast, which focuses on wellbeing, Carol opened up about starting exercise at a later age.
"Women who are in their 60s, we weren't brought up to exercise. You had PE at school and there were certainly no gyms," she shared. I came to exercise late in my life; now I love walking and I love my gym.
"I've started stretching a lot, too. I think as you get older, you need to do weight-bearing stuff and you need to stretch and squat. If you don't, even for a couple of weeks, you start creaking."

She also spoke about her inner confidence, explaining: "I think a little bit of it comes from having to survive. I was born with a happy soul.
"I love it when people come up to me in the street. I am so lucky, not only for the life that I've had, but I've earnt [a lot] of money being on the telly. That was no great hardship, let's be honest. What a great life it is. I can never complain about that, and I never do."
