Law & Order: SVU actress Mariska Hargitay looked incredible in her latest update about the NBC show. In an Instagram photo, the Olivia Benson actress, 59, ditched her police uniform and grinned in a glamorous black dress. It featured a sheer mesh sleeveless bodice with lace overlay and she wore her brunette hair in a straight bob.
Mariska shared the snap to mark the last day of filming season 24, telling her followers how "proud" she was of the TV series.

Mariska often stuns fans with her show-stopping outfits - just take a look at the video below for proof - but she admitted that she has become more adventurous with her personal style as she's gotten older.
"Sometimes at seven in the morning, when I’m taking my kids to school, fashion is just putting something on where I won’t embarrass myself. I’ll go safe, and I’ll just throw on a pair of jeans and a groovy robe and shoes that I know are cool," she said in an interview with The Cut, referring to her three children August, born in 2006, Amaya, whom she adopted in 2011, and Andrew, who joined the family less than one year later.
"But as I get older, I take more risks, and I think the biggest thing is, How do I feel in this?

Mariska has been married to fellow actor Peter Hermann since 2004. The couple met on the set of Law and Order: SVU back in 2001 when the actor guest-starred in the police procedural drama.
