Cara Delevingne unveils accessories range for Mulberry

November 11, 2014

Cara Delevingne has designed a capsule collection of accessories for Mulberry ahead of the festive season.

The 22-year-old model has already designed a range of bags for the luxury brand, but revealed that she wanted to include some extra pieces. The new collection features everything from wallets and iPhone and iPad sleeves, as well as small compact pouches to carry your essentials.

Similar to her collection of bags, Cara has personalised the pieces with lion rivets, a tribute to the lion tattoo on her finger, and her favourite camouflage print. "I designed my Cara bag to look elegant but I also wanted the collection to be functional and practical when travelling," she told British Vogue. "The accessories do exactly the same. Make-up pouches, passport holders, phone covers: they are all so useful when you are rushing around and they keep your handbag orderly!" "Our collaboration with the real Miss Delevingne has been a fantastic project," added Mulberry's brand director Anne-Marie Verdin, before revealing that

Cara's Mulberry bags were 'flying off the shelves'. Cara first revealed she had collaborated with the brand when she unveiled her collection during Mulberry's presentation at London Fashion Week in February. Walking around barefoot, Cara showed off the bags in a woodland-themed presentation, surrounded by a pack of dogs.

The Mulberry Cara Collection of bags features three styles, each available in emerald, cobalt or grey camouflage, in various sizes. They can be carried as a rucksack, shoulder bag or hand-held thanks to detachable straps.
