Evening dresses and royals go hand in hand, so when a member of the prestigious family offers a spin on the classic garment, fans rejoice. Cue Princess Beatrice who dazzled with her outfit choice on Tuesday. In images captured by the MailOnline, the royal was pictured leaving Lou Lou's in Mayfair following an upmarket evening out as she walked with a friend to Curzon Street.
The smiling royal wore a wool cashmere coat by Burberry, layered over Antra Design's 'Suki Black Velvet Coat Dress,' which retails for £225. A pair of heeled black boots topped off her embroidered attire, in addition to some tights to keep the 34-year-old warm on the chilly evening.
She wore her auburn hair down loose and opted for a natural yet radiant makeup palette to complement her elegant ensemble.
During the night, it seems that the royal might well have crossed paths with her ex-boyfriend of ten years, Dave Clark. The pair were seen exiting the same restaurant just a few minutes apart, although there is no suggestion they dined together, and they went in separate directions with their plus ones.
Beatrice and Dave dated for a decade until 2016. Both went on to find love; the Princess married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi on 17 July 2020 and together they now share a daughter, Sienna, who was born on 18 September 2021.
Florals are always taking on a new sartorial cachet whatever the season and Princess Beatrice is jumping on this popular trend just in time for spring.
And now you can too. Shop the royal's unique look and treat yourself to a romantic floaty frock in time for the warmer weather to embrace the UK.
Beatrice's glamorous silk velvet coat dress boasts an embroidered design that will take you from day to night with the utmost elegance. Alternatively, enhance your wardrobe with an ethereal lookalike that oozes mystique when paired with black loafers or barely-there heels.
