Victoria Beckham's grip on the fashion industry is not to be understated. The fashion designer is not only considered a style mogul herself but has also effortlessly penetrated the royal circle. The Duchess of Edinburgh counts herself as a VB fan, sporting one of the designer's looks to attend the First Orbis Visionaries reception hosted by eye care charity Orbis UK in London on Wednesday.
Duchess Sophie charmed in an electric blue knit co-ord by the luxury label. Rather than opting for a go-to dress silhouette, the royal rocked the brand's 'Turtleneck Knitted Top,' paired with the matching 'A-Line Knitted Skirt.'
The beautiful blue outfit was complemented by a snakeskin clutch bag by Sophie's favourite accessories designer Sophia Habsburg and a pair of nude-toned Prada pumps. Victoria Beckham and Prada? What a day to be alive for buzzing royal fans awaiting the royal's arrival.
The duchess wore her blonde hair down loose in gently tumbling waves and frosted herself in a modest selection of silver jewels. A natural makeup look accentuated her famous features, in addition to a pair of earrings by Lucia Odescalchi coined the 'Chainging Berlin Earrings.'
Unsurprisingly, fans needed a moment to digest Sophie's brilliantly bold aesthetic. "She was stunning with this outfit. So beautiful on her!" one wrote, while another said: "Her best look this week IMO." A third added: "Now this is an outfit, bravo Sophie!" and a fourth chimed in, penning: "Full repeats- excellent work Sophie!"
The mother-of-two joins a host of royal ladies who have donned Victoria Beckham for various outings. The brand's number one fan? The Duchess of Sussex, who has championed the designer on several occasions. One of our favourite VB looks courtesy of the Californian native was the bold blue dress that she wore to attend the annual Endeavour Fund Awards with her husband Prince Harry back in 2020.
The Duchess of Edinburgh is enjoying a busy week of royal engagements and made another appearance to one of her long-standing patronages on Wednesday.

Looking chic as ever, Sophie chose one of her favourite statement prints for her meeting, wearing her Emilia Wickstead snake print skirt with a pretty pink blouse and a leather Western belt. To finish her neutral look, she added her collarless Loewe coat and beloved Sophie Habsburg 'Moneypenny' clutch bag.
