The Princess of Wales has given a rare hint at what royal fans can expect to see her wearing at King Charles III's coronation on May 6. Kate told This Morning host Alison Hammond that there would be a "hint of blue" in her outfit, with Alison sharing the detail with viewers of ITV's morning show on Friday April 21.
"I said, 'What are you wearing for the coronation?' Because I said to her, 'I'm feeling like you're gonna wear blue,'" the TV presenter recalled, to which Kate reportedly replied: "There is a hint of blue."
"So I was like, fantastic!" laughed Alison.

The royal mum-of-three met Alison in Birmingham, England on Thursday April 20 where Kate was joined by Prince William to celebrate the city's diverse culture and heritage.
Kate wore a gorgeous Karen Millen burgundy dress featuring a deep-V neckline, nipped-in belted waist and a pleated skirt, which the royal teamed with matching heels. She accessorised her outfit with her beautiful Sezane 'Dina' earrings which were rumoured to be a 2022 Christmas present from her husband.
However, all talk has now turned to what the 41-year-old may wear to the coronation, as the Princess will no doubt bring her trademark glamor to the historic event.
"When it comes to this coronation she will play a pivotal role, and have the world's eyes on her which she will of course rise to, especially on the fashion front," explained esteemed stylist and creative director Lady Alice Manners, speaking to HELLO! Fashion Monthly.

Alice also recommended Alexander McQueen, suggesting an outfit that would "doff the cap to the old school glamour of coronations gone by".
"They read her right at those pivotal moments and this will be the same. I can’t wait to see her look - I’m preparing myself for classic, old school glamor," she said.
