Many Hollywood divorces are acrimonious affairs: not so that of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. The two actors, once Tinseltown’s most powerful couple, turned up hand-in-hand with their three daughters last night at the premiere of Bandits, one of the first glitzy movie debuts to be held since the terrorist atrocities of September 11.
In addition to the Die Hard actor, Bandits also stars Angelina's Jolie's husband Billy Bob Thornton and Cate Blanchett - almost unrecognisable in a lurid ginger wig. Directed by Barry Levinson, the film tells the story of two bank robbers, Bruce and Billy Bob, who fall in love with the same woman – Ms Blanchett.
Though Cate was absent from last night’s first night as she is expecting her first child, other stars at the Los Angeles premiere included The X-Files star David Duchovny, Peter Berg, Halle Berry and Oscar-winning actress Angelina Jolie. But the real stars of the show were the three Willis girls, Rumer, Scout Larue and Tallulah Belle. Thirteen-year-old Rumer has inherited the striking looks of her mother Demi, who is due to tie the knot again with karate teacher Oliver Whitcomb before the end of this year.
