Though she once swore she would never marry again, legendary actress Joan Collins is set to wed 36-year-old theatre company manager Percy Gibson, making her fifth trip down the aisle. The happy couple are planning a February wedding in London, but the exact date and location of the event have not yet been finalised.

Confirming the report, the star’s spokeswoman Stella Wilson told PA News, “They are both very happy and are very in love with each other.”

The pair first met when 68-year-old Joan starred in a US stage production of Love Letters. The company manager and the British actress struck up a friendship, which eventually turned into much more, a process Joan described as “like being struck by a thunderbolt.”

When the two went public with their relationship last April, the issue that made the headlines was their 30-plus year age difference, a fact which doesn’t bother Joan in the least. "I've always felt age shouldn't be a chronological issue but more a question of physicality and attitude,” she told HELLO! in an exclusive interview. “I know that I look and act a lot younger than I am… The problem, it seems to me, is with those people who can't accept it.”

Percy has been married once before. Joan divorced her last husband, Swedish-born businessman Peter Holm, in 1986 after a 13-month marriage.
