It seems Catherine Zeta-Jones is full of surprises. After showing off her impressive singing and dancing talents in Chicago, the film star is now using her expertise in another field to enter the world of fashion. But don't rush to the shops expecting to see her trademark red carpet gowns – the expectant mum's creations are strictly for the much younger set.
The 33-year-old Welsh beauty is set to deliver a range of clothes for infants, under the label Zeta. Catherine, mother to two-year-old Dylan and currently six months pregnant, is hoping to launch the new line around the time of her baby's birth.
Her partner in the venture is Welsh rugby player-turned-businessman Ray Williams, 63, who explains the endeavour wasn't put together overnight. "We've been working on this project for some time," he says.
Catherine should have plenty of time to devote to her new baby gear, as her next film, the Coen Brothers' Intolerable Cruelty with George Clooney, isn't set for release until October.
Chicago is now playing in London and opens around the UK on January 17.
