Despite the fact that her curvaceous figure is the envy of the movie world, Jennifer Lopez is not averse to a little hi-tech assistance. Because when the actress saw promo posters for her new comedy Gigli, she asked studio bosses to retouch one or two of her most famous assets.
As a result fans may notice that her legendary posterior appears somewhat diminished in the new ads, while other parts of her anatomy are looking even more pert than usual. "Jennifer was unhappy with the photo so she had graphics retouch it," said a source at Columbia Studios. "They airbrushed her butt to make it smaller."
The 32-year-old's spokesperson appeared to confirm the reports when he was asked about his client's computer makeover. "I'm absolutely shocked. Who would ever think this could possibly happen in Hollywood," he joked.
Jennifer and her co-star Ben Affleck have also just given their first ever joint interview, with Jen admitting that Ben "wears the pants". "I'm traditional in that way. I take on the woman roles in certain things," she said.
When it comes to household chores, Jennifer says she is left with little choice, as her handsome beau refuses to clean up after dinner. "It's not my favourite thing in the world to do - I don't like to wash dishes," confessed Ben.
The pair also revealed that their first meeting was far from love at first sight. "He wasn't even remotely appealing, to tell you the truth," declared Jennifer. "He was so far from the sexiest man alive. I thought he was kinda homely."
Their image in the aforementioned Gigli poster tells another story, however, with a digitally assisted J-lo staring deep into Ben's eyes. And despite her demand for computer enhancement, her natural charms were more than enough to win the actor's heart, as the couple are due to tie the knot next September.
