London movie fans were delighted to catch a glimpse of one of Hollywood's hottest couples, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, at the premiere of Legally Blonde 2 on Wednesday. But it seems the glamorous pair will soon become a regular fixture in the British capital, as they are planning to set up home in the city.
"We've been doing some serious house-hunting in Notting Hill, that's where we want to live," said Ryan. "The place has such a funky feel about it. The restaurants and bars are very cool and we have had a look at some great houses."
The A-list couple have apparently grown tired of the relentless attention of the US media. And with their second child due in a few months' time, they think London would be the ideal place to raise their family.
"We are looking for a kind of safe haven, I suppose," admitted the actor, who has starred in such films as Cruel Intentions and Gosford Park. "This is a really nice place to settle. We have spent a lot of time over here recently and I have been spending time in Hyde Park while Reese has been working and vice-versa. London is a great city for families and children."
