Reports of on-set friction between actor Colin Farrell and his Alexander co-star Angelina Jolie have apparently been greatly exaggerated. This past weekend, the Irish bad boy and the photogenic Oscar winner were spotted getting along swimmingly, enjoying the London nightlife together until the wee hours of the morning.
After dinner with pals, Colin, who was in town for the premiere of his new film, Intermission, and Angelina made a short jaunt to posh private club Annabel's before moving on to hotspot Elysium. There, he and the Tomb Raider star apparently got quite cosy on the dance floor. "They were definitely flirting and at one point he leaned over and kissed her on the lips," said a witness. "They looked like a couple on a romantic date."
The Phone Booth star has denied any talk of a budding romance, saying he and Angelina, who plays his character's mother in their upcoming film, are simply "colleagues". "We went out for some drinks, as colleagues," he said. "Don't most people go out for a few drinks with the people they work with?"
However, the new father-of-one did have praise for Angelina, who is mum to toddler Maddox. Describing the Girl, Interrupted star as "stunning", he added: "She is gorgeous when she is with her baby, and really inspiring."
