Though he's on a whirlwind promotional tour for The Return Of The King, Lord Of The Rings heart-throb Viggo Mortensen seems to have found time to spark a new relationship. And the lucky girl is apparently none other than Merseybeat star Josie D'Arby.
According to British newspaper The Sun, Viggo, who plays Aragorn in the blockbuster fantasy epic, and the Welsh-born actress were spotted stepping out in Paris.
"We met through friends and get on really well," Josie is quoted as telling a pal. "I think he's gorgeous. I'm not naive - he's a big movie star and I don't expect him to become a permanent boyfriend. It's early days and it may not come to anything. But who knows?"
Meanwhile, the final film in the Lord Of The Rings trilogy, which opens worldwide on Wednesday, has gotten a boost in the awards race by scoring the New York Film Critics Circle gong for the top film of 2003.
The film also made the American Film Institute (AFI) top ten, joining a range of emerging Oscar frontrunners, including The Last Samurai, Lost In Translation, Master And Commander, Monster and Mystic River.
