After breaking her arm and injuring her eye while shooting in the past, Oscar-winner Halle Berry's burgeoning action-gal status has sent her to hospital once again after a mishap while filming Catwoman in Canada landed her in the emergency room.
The sexy star was rushed to Vancouver's St Paul hospital after being struck on the head with a prop. "She had to manoeuvre past a piece of equipment, a set piece, and she didn't quite run past it," explained production spokesman Joe Everett. Halle apparently collapsed and was administered oxygen by first-aid attendant. Later she was able to get up and walk off the set, however.
Everett went on to assure fans that the actress, who was treated and released from hospital after seven hours, is now "just fine" and returned to work on Monday morning.
Halle is becoming famous for her on-set accidents, having needed medical attention during shoots for both Gothika and Die Another Day. She broke her arm during filming of last year's thriller alongside Robert Downey Jr, while shrapnel from a special effects explosion lodged in her eye during shooting of the 20th Bond movie.
