Jude Law's svelte girlfriend Sienna Miller seems to be emerging as a fully fledged star in her own right. Producers of the film Alfie, in which she appears alongside her dashing boyfriend, have apparently decided to reshoot several scenes in order to increase her role.
In recent months the 22-year-old's romance with Jude has made her a darling of the society pages. So studio bosses have opted to re-edit the flick in order to make the young actress more prominent.
According to newspaper reports, Sienna will be showing off her enviable figure in the new scenes. "The producers, Paramount, have shrewdly decided that, with Sienna being so much in the news, they should capitalise on her more than they had originally intended," said an insider. "The original filming was finished at the end of last year, but they've recently inserted some racier scenes, most of which she spends in her underwear."
A spokesman for the production company has meanwhile confirmed that some extra sequences are being filmed. And we can expect to see plenty more of Sienna, because she has also landed the female lead in Heath Ledger's new romance, Casanova.
