Halle Berry has helped some of Los Angeles' homeless community get a designer makeover, by giving her ex-husband's suits to charity.
The Oscar-winning actress was apparently tired of waiting for Eric Bennett to pick up his clothes, so she decided to get rid of them herself. According to newspaper reports she dropped the suits off at a charity collection point.
Her wardrobe clear-out came a few weeks after the 37-year-old vowed to stay single from now on. "I'll never get married again," she declared. "The man for me is now the cherry on the pie, but I'm the pie and my pie is good all by itself."
But it would seem that Halle has found a new love nonetheless, after succumbing to the charms of one of her Catwoman co-stars. "I used to be a dog person, but in making this movie, I learned to really respect and love cats," she revealed.
The actress even took one of the kitties home for research purposes, but she wound up falling for the furry fellow. "I studied him thinking 'I'm going to study him and give him back', but I fell so in love in like, one week, that I’m now a cat person. I couldn’t imagine my life without him."
