Tinseltown beauty Liv Tyler is used to turning heads when she's out and about, but it was another babe who stole the attention of onlookers when she went out for a stroll on Monday afternoon. The Lord Of The Rings star didn't seem too bothered by being upstaged, though, as it was her baby boy Milo who mesmerised the passers-by. The actress carried her favourite boy in a papoose as she went for a wander near her Manhattan home. And with a soother in his mouth and a hat to keep the sun at bay, the tot seemed to be taking a keen interest in all the goings-on around him.
Liv is currently taking an extended break from movie-making in order to concentrate of being a full-time parent. The 28-year-old will be making a return to the big screen next year, but for the moment she and her husband, British rocker Royston Langdon, are happy to focus all their attention on their bundle of joy.
"I always dreamt of being a mom, but it's so much more that I ever imagined it would be," she said recently. "It's given me a new feeling of confidence that I've never had in my entire life."
It would appear parenthood is not without its pitfalls, however, as Liv says she hasn't been quite so sharp-witted since Milo came into her life last December. "What they say about your brain cells going out the window when you have a baby is so true," she joked. "Gwyneth Paltrow said she couldn't remember her movie lines after she had Apple."
