Stars on both sides of the Atlantic turned up the glamour factor for premieres in London and LA on Thursday night. And it was a case of triple impact when Jerry Hall appeared at a screening of King Kong in the British capital flanked by two stunning companions - her daughters Lizzy and Georgia May.

As Mick Jagger's ex-wife, resplendent in scarlet satin, arrived with her two girls at the Leicester Square cinema, a cry of appreciation went up from the waiting crowd. Mum Jerry then looked on proudly as 21-year-old Lizzy, also a professional model, and Georgia May, 14, faced the cameras with equal composure.

Before taking her seat at the screening, the Texan-born beauty said she was looking forward to seeing the remake of the classic film. "I like my men big and hairy," she joked.

The three ladies almost stole the show from the film's star Naomi Watts. But the fashion-savvy actress made sure she got her share of the limelight in a midnight-blue Lacroix gown in crushed velvet.

Meanwhile, in Los Angeles Scarlett Johansson was also on dazzling form at the US premiere of her latest flick Match Point. The 21-year-old star was showing off her curves in a low-cut dress accessorised with cute peep-toe stilettos. Joining her at the screening were director Woody and his wife Soon-Yi. Match Point opens in the US on December 28 and in Britain on January 6.
