Gwyneth joins Brunei royals for screening

Gwyneth Paltrow remained tight-lipped about rumours she is expecting her second child when she stepped out for a VIP screening of Annie Hall on Monday. Movie fans gathered outside the Electric Cinema in London's fashionable Notting Hill couldn't help noticing the substantial bump underneath her stylish clothes, though. The Oscar-winner and her husband Chris Martin, who already have a little girl called Apple together, have not bowed to pressure to confirm or deny speculation they are expecting another bundle of joy. But last October the American actress hinted she was indeed in the family way, when she patted her stomach and said "there are two Paltrows in the room" during a press conference.

Whether or not a "second Paltrow" was in attendance at Monday's event remains to be seen, but he or she would not have been the only A-list progeny in attendance. Three of the Sultan of Brunei's ten children likewise went along for the screening. And the monarch's son, who was chaperoning his two sisters for the evening, showed a casual side to the Asian dynasty with a goatee beard and Guns 'N' Roses t-shirt.

Chart sensation Sophie Ellis Bextor also turned out to see Woody Allen's classic comedy, along with Pirates Of The Caribbean star Orlando Bloom. In recent months the flick's director, who has chosen to make his last two movies in London, has spoken of his love for life in the British capital. If the guest list for Monday night's screening is anything to go by, the city's residents are equally enthusiastic about him.
