With his devastatingly handsome looks and an intense screen presence, Andy Garcia has all the credentials to be a ladies' man. On Monday night, however, the only women he had eyes for were his wife Marivi and their three lovely young daughters.
The couple, who've been married for almost a quarter of a century and also have a four-year-old son, stepped out with their lustrous-maned brood for the US premiere of The Lost City, Andy's flick about the Cuban Revolution.
Joining the family on the red carpet at the LA cinema were Bill Murray and Ines Sastre, who star alongside Dustin Hoffman and the Ocean's Eleven actor in the Havana-set drama.
For over a decade Andy battled to bring the story to the silver screen and eventually directed, produced and scored it. His efforts clearly struck a chord with the audience at the Miami Film Festival, where it previewed to a rapturous reception last month.
Although he dedicated The Lost City to his late father, the Latin star - whose family were forced to flee the island nation after the 1959 revolution, when he was five - describes the tale as "a story that anyone can connect with who has to leave something behind to start again".
