Celebrity dads in different corners of the globe have been showing just how much fatherhood agrees with them. Australian actor Hugh Jackman and Jamie Oliver enjoyed some family fun with their kids ahead of Father's Day.

On a break back Down Under the X-Men star took in some beach-side action with his five-year-old son Oscar, one of his two adopted children with wife Deborra-Lee Furness. The little boy also has a sister, Ava, who's one.

But this holiday was all about quality time for the guys as the Antipodean hunk took Oscar down to Sydney's Bronte Beach and proceeded to twirl him around, much to the child's delight. Hugh later made light work of giving the youngster a piggyback.

Father and son have also been pictured paddling in the surf, with Oscar frolicking happily in the waves while Hugh keeps a watchful eye on him. "I feel blessed," he has said about his parental role. "Tired but blessed."

Meanwhile TV chef Jamie was spotted out with his two special girls - four-year-old Poppy Honey and her kid sister Daisy Boo, three - in London's Hyde Park. The trio had gone along with a small friend to cheer on the youngsters' mum Jools as she took part in a charity fun run.

Although flushed from her athletic efforts, Jools was clearly buoyed up during the race by her youthful support team, who'd turned out in pink sundresses and sported cheerfully painted faces for the occasion.
