Keira Knightley was very much the romantic heroine in vintage-style white chiffon when she arrived for the premiere of her latest film in California's Disneyland theme park. The British actress' obviously hadn't lost touch with her devilish side, though, as she was sporting a "black spot" pirate's curse on the front of her dazzling chiffon gown.

She donned the unusual accessory for the hotly anticipated debut of Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. And she was clearly feeling confident lady luck was on her side, as she promptly jumped aboard the watery ride that inspired the original movie. "I'm floating up the red carpet in a white Chanel number – that should fare well on Splash Mountain," she joked. "Everyone said, 'you can't go on a ride in that dress' and I said 'I definitely can!'."

Her co-star Johnny Depp likewise brought a little of his onscreen persona to the glitzy event. The heart-throb actor, who delighted fans by spending three hours signing autographs outside, was sporting gold caps on his teeth just like his character Captain Jack Sparrow.

British star Orlando Bloom, who reprises his role as blacksmith-turned-swashbuckler Will Turner, was also eager to meet the throng of well-wishers who had gathered to catch a glimpse of their heroes. "It means a lot," he said. "You can't make movies like this without fans like that." His fellow Englishman Bill Nighy, who plays the movie's ghostly villain Davy Jones, was also in attendance, along with Arnold Schwarzenegger and controversial rocker Marilyn Manson.
