As apples are the motif of the second season, which had its DVD launch at the do, the forbidden fruit theme was very much in evidence. Bowls of apples topped tables while apple-shaped pillows were strewn on sofas set up outside each housewife's home.

The Latin American country is a popular choice for romantic gestures, as Nicollette's fiancée, crooner Michael Bolton, also whisked the gorgeous blonde down South. And he even had the forethought to take along the other significant male in Nicollette's life - her dog Oliver.
