Despite the absence of co-star Kate Hudson at the London premiere of their new film You, Me And Dupree, Owen Wilson didn't lack for female company. At the Leicester Square cinema the comedy star was surrounded by hopefuls from the BBC TV reality show How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?
The Wedding Crashers actor looked positively delighted when the girls - who are currently auditioning for a role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's West End production of The Sound Of Music - did an enthusiastic cancan around him.
And as if that wasn't enough for any red-blooded male, Owen was also treated to a show of appreciation by another of his British lady admirers. As he was being interviewed by a TV crew the mischievous woman shouted his name from across the road and when he looked up she lifted up her top. "Wow! I kind of lost my train of thought with that one," laughed the stunned actor.
In the film, newlyweds Matt Dillon and Kate Hudson find their domestic life thrown into disarray when a house guest - played by Owen - overstays his welcome. The Hollywood hotshot revealed the role wasn't too much of a stretch for him. "I went to go stay with Woody Harrelson and his family in Hawaii for four days and it turned into four weeks," he said. "I think by the end of that trip his wife was like, 'So you need a ride to the airport today?'"
