Sienna Miller was jumping for joy as she filmed scenes for her new flick Factory Girl in New York this week. The pretty actress, who was virtually unrecognisable in a brunette wig, seemed to be having a whale of a time as she showed off some Sixties-style fashions in the heart of the Big Apple.

In the movie she plays It-girl Edie Sedgwick, who became one of Andy Warhol's closest friends before her hell-raising lifestyle got the better of her. And Jude Law's ex appeared to thoroughly enjoying the opportunity to take a step back in time with some colourful retro outfits.

She was snapped wearing an orange leather coat with white fur trim for a scene with American actor Jimmy Fallon. And in another, shot at the Alice In Wonderland statue in Central Park, she had donned a leopard print hat and white fur jacket.

Aussie star Guy Pearce, who portrays the legendary artist, had also undergone quite a transformation. With his hair bleached white and a pair of round sunglasses covering his eyes, the chisel-jawed actor's makeover was a world away from his appearance in films like Memento and LA Confidential.

Although she's busy lensing the new flick at the moment, when she gets back to London Sienna can look forward to staying in a new pad. The actress has just paid £1.2 million for an apartment in the upmarket neighbourhood of St John's Wood. She may not get to spend too much time there over the next few months, though, as she is due to appear in four more movies stateside.
