As Resident Evil action heroine Alice and otherwordly star of Bruce Willis sci-fi vehicle The Fifth Element, Milla Jovovich is most often seen battling to help save the world. The pretty brunette was a million miles away from such harrowing stuff, however, as she spent time with her one-year-old daughter Ever Gabo in an LA park this week.

The 33-year-old Ukranian, casually dressed in blue jeans, a t-shirt and red espadrilles, was spending a warm California afternoon enjoying a little one on one time with her romantically named youngster.

No doubt Milla was revelling in the opportunity to do mum stuff with Ever, whose dad is film director Paul Anderson, as she's back on the promotional trail in 2009 for three films she has coming out during the year.

Among them is A Perfect Getaway, in which Milla, in one of her most physically demanding roles to date, stars as one half of a honeymoon couple who discover their Hawaii tour guides are assassins.
