Every girl needs an ego boost after her relationship hits the rocks, and Geri Halliwell certainly got one wearing a gold strapless mini dress that shouted 'Look at me' to a London screening.
Displaying acres of leg and with her strawberry locks in a fabulous coiffure, the glamorous 30-something was the object of all eyes at the premiere of The Boat That Rocked, a Sixties-set movie about the birth of pirate station Radio Caroline.
The film's star Rhys Ifans, accompanied by his co-star and Bond beauty Gemma Arterton, also sent the snappers into overdrive.
He pretended to live up to his bed-hopping DJ character by cuddling up to 23-year-old Gem, on bombshell form in an electric blue toga, as well as a host of other lovelies on the red carpet.
Bill Nighy, Rhys' loose-living boss in the flick, also had a surprise up his elegant sleeve. His companion at the star-studded affair was former long-term partner Diana Quick, from whom he separated recently.
Rounding off the glamorous couples were Paul McCartney and his American love Nancy Shevell. The pair looked supremely relaxed as always, sharing a joke and laughter like two people utterly at ease with each other.
