Less than a month after the death of his wife Natasha Richardson, who passed away following a tragic skiing accident, Liam Neeson is bravely carry on with life. Something his fun-loving 45-year-old spouse would no doubt have approved of.
The Taken star, who earlier this month treated sons Michael, 13, and 12-year-old Daniel to a footie match outing with Natasha's mum Vanessa Redgrave, dropped by the 70th birthday celebrations of Sir David Frost this week.
He joined guests including Queen Rania of Jordan, Queen Anne Marie of Greece and a who's who of British talent at the bash in London's Lanesborough Hotel. Other famous faces were Roger Moore, Billy Connolly, Terry Wogan and Ronnie Corbett.
Californian folk singer Julie Felix, resident vocalist on David's BBC satire The Frost Report in 1966, was enlisted to help entertain the 100 or so crowd. The 70-year-old songbird's contribution featured alongside tributes from other guests, including a birthday boy toast from Sir Tim Rice and Ronnie.
"It was such an incredible party, David had a brilliant time," Julie revealed. "It was wonderful to see Liam, she added. "Everyone's heart went out to him."
