He spent time talking to excited fans and having his picture taken before posing with Carey and their co-stars, Tobey Maguire, Joel Edgerton, Amitabh Bachchan, and Isla Fisher for a cast photo.

A host of other famous faces turned out to show their support, from Anjelica Houston to Anna Wintour and Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence.
Already widely regarded as one of Hollywood's leading starlets, Carey has been effusive in her praise for co-star Leonardo and his performance at Gatsby.
"Leo's fabulous in everything — he's one of the greatest actors of our generation," she told Access Hollywood. "But he has gone further than you could ever have imagined with this character, and really made [Gatsby] so multi-dimensional, and so flawed and so vulnerable, and yet so macho and sexy — everything that you want in Gatsby. "From the first audition, he was so incredibly generous and sweet and was helping me the whole way through."
