Argentine-born French actress Bérénice Bejo, who was clearly shocked when she won Best Actress in Cannes for her role in The Past, wore a sleeveless teal-coloured lace dress by Elie Saab. She teamed that with matching suede Christian Louboutin shoes and an embroidered Elie Saab clutch. Winners at the world's largest cinema showcase include French flick Blue Is the Warmest Colour by director Abdellatif Kechiche, which scooped the top prize and highly coveted Palme d'Or award.
Grand Prix (runner-up) went to Inside Llewyn by the Coen brothers while Japanese film Like Father, Like Son took the Jury Prize.
