Oprah Winfrey has stern words for Lindsay Lohan after difficult behaviour threatens reality show

Lindsay Lohan broke down in tears after she was confronted by Oprah Winfrey about her behaviour on her reality show Lindsay

The chat shows queen was forced to stop by the actress's home after she continually failed to show up for filming sessions for the TV programme, which is being screened on Oprah’s OWN network.

Oprah was seen sitting down with Lindsay to share some home truths on the third episode of Lindsay, during which she urged the star to turn her life around.

It came after she was given a long list of complaints about Lindsay "screwing around" with the filming schedule and creating "chaos" from the film team."

I believe that you believe this is your time to turn things around for yourself," she told the 27-year-old. "You need to cut the bull****, you really do."

Lindsay told Oprah that she was "stressed", and that while she had hoped to be "calm and on a schedule and routine at this point", it hadn’t happened."

Ok, so life just showed up and didn't work out like you wanted," Oprah replied, before telling Lindsay about the complaints she had received from the show's producers. "You are creating the same kind of chaos that you are accustomed to, you are creating that with everyone else and I want to know what's your side of that," Oprah said.

"If you are not ready, I am really ok with that. If you're not ready to keep the commitment we agreed to, I really am ok with it. My truth is that I really do want you to win, I really do. "I know this is a lot, and if that is not what you want I am ok with that. I will tell these guys to pack up and leave today. "Lindsay reassured her that she didn’t want to carry on with the show.

The star had previously cancelled a day’s filming to have time to herself. Filmmaker Amy Rice said on the show, "We had set up a call time for 11.30. It is now 1.18."This keeps happening. We set a time to work and we're shooting usually two or three hours later and there's always these excuses."

But it seems a few stern words from Oprah set Lindsay back on track. "You don’t have head intelligence… You have heart intelligence," Oprah told the actress. "Phenomenal things are going to come from you if you do not block them. "You make an agreement, and keep your commitments. I cannot stand up for you, back you up and be there for you if I cannot trust you."
