Lucy Watson on seeing Spencer Matthews after their break-up

April 3, 2014

Lucy Watson has admitted that crossing paths with an ex-boyfriend, let alone working with them, can be "excruciating".

The Made in Chelsea star has been filming for the show's seventh series, which will air on Monday 7 April, and has opened up about what it's been like on set with her ex-boyfriend and co-star Spencer Matthews .

"It can be excruciating seeing your ex after you've broken up," Lucy told FHM. "Normally I'd just cut that person out of my life and not speak to them again. I knew that I'd have to see Spencer all the time with new girlfriends, and it's really, really hard."

Lucy, who also had an on-off romance with cast member Jamie Laing, added that it wasn't as painful seeing the playful McVitie's heir with other girls. "I never had as strong feelings for him," she said.

"Digby can't wait to meet some new friends on Saturday at Battersea Park with @match_uk #matchBITP," wrote Lucy, referring to her adorable pet dog.

Gazing out at the camera, Lucy flaunted her toned abs and had her brunette locks swept up into a loose bun.
