Not everyone would be thrilled about being at work on their birthday — but Emma Watson certainly didn't mind.The actress turned 24 on Tuesday, and she spent the day on the set of her new film Regression in Toronto.

"First day shooting Regression today — a very cool birthday present xx," the star tweeted.
Emma was pictured on location wearing a faded green pinafore over a green shirt, ripped woollen tights and brown boots. Her hair was pulled back into a low ponytail, and she wore a a pink clip as she got into character on set.
The actress has previously spoken of her delight at being cast in the Alejandro Amenabar thriller, which also stars Ethan Hawke.
"I am passionate about Alejandro and his work and am so happy to be collaborating with him," Emma said in a statement.
"I am really excited by the challenge my character presents to me as an actress… I can't wait to begin."
Regression tells the story of a father who is convicted of sexually abusing his danger, but has no recollection of the alleged crimes.
Tuesday wasn't all work and no play for Emma. She did manage to get a little bit of time away from set to celebrate her birthday with a friend.
During a break in filming, she headed for dinner with a pal at the Olivertree Deli Cafe, and onlookers said she was in a really good mood. "She seemed really happy, she had a big smile on her face," an eyewitness told E! News.
