Gossip Girl star Blake Lively arrived in Cannes wearing a hot-pink Gucci coat with a floppy hat. The L’Oreal ambassador will be walking the famed red carpet for the brand, and also for husband Ryan Reynolds, whose film The Captive premieres in Competition and follows a father trying to track down his kidnapped daughter.

Keeping up with the Kardashian’s star Kendall Jenner also arrived in the small port city yesterday, as did iconic screen actress Jane Fonda, who was wearing a leopard-print overcoat with a clashing scarf as she waved to fans who were there to greet the 76-year-old.

America Ferrara, looking comfortable and casual yet on-trend with a large fringed bag, will premiere the Dreamworks sequel How To Train Your Dragon 2 at the festival, while Myleene Klass is at the annual event for Cannes Festival theme week which will air daily on CNN International.
