Cheryl Cole graced the red carpet on Monday in Cannes looking gorgeous in a show-stopping black Monique Lhuillier gown.
Attending the Foxcatcher premiere at the world-famous film festival with Channing Tatum and Steve Carell, the L'Oreal ambassador wore her brunette locks in an elegant sweeping up'do and matched her dress with large monochrome drop earrings.
Also looking smart on the red carpet were the cast of Foxcatcher, which has garnered much praise from the critics on the Croisette.
The movie is up for the festival's prestigious Palme d'Or award, and its three leading men have received positive reviews for their roles.
It tells the true story of Olympic Wrestling champion Mark Schultz (played by Channing) and how paranoid schizophrenic John du Pont killed his brother, Olympic Champion Dave Schultz.
Steve - known for his comedy roles - is almost unrecognisable as American millionaire John du Pont, his chilling portrayal both surprising and delighting film fans. Channing, meanwhile, has been applauded for what critics have described as the most emotionally complex performance of his career. The third leading man, Mark Ruffalo, is said to perfectly capture big-hearted, salt-of-the-earth coach Dave.Earlier on Monday, Channing got behind the camera and turned paparazzi on his Foxcatcher co-stars Steve and Mark at a photocall.
It's been a busy few months for Cheryl who in March confirmed her return to the hit ITV show The X Factor.
The former Girls Aloud singer posted a snap on Instagram showing her hands around Simon's neck and the music mogul squirming with his eyes closed.
"GUESS WHAT!!" she captioned the photograph. "I'm baaaacccckkkkk!!!! #iMayActuallyRingHisNeck #XFactor2014 #leggooo."
Cheryl also recently set the record straight about rumours that she is dating a South African personal trainer.
The X Factor Judge appears to be less than impressed at the speculation surrounding her love.
The Call My Name singer was upset at the media mistaking two men for the same person – one is a good and the other is a personal trainer.
"Seeing a lot of fabricated stories on this.. One a great friend the other a married man.. Do they look alike to you ??" wrote Cheryl on Instagram, alongside two photographs of her with the two men.
"@joelcompass last week.. Who's next? Roll up, roll up!.. To the fictional writers #shouldvegonetospecsavers #thatisall."
