SCROLL DOWN FOR VIDEO Ahead of the episode, ITV have revealed four alternative showdowns between Tina and the four most likely murder suspects, available on the official Coronation Street website. In the scenes, the feisty barmaid can be seen facing a final confrontation at the builder's yard with each of the potential killers — her lover Peter Barlow, his wronged wife Carla Barlow, her brother Rob Donovan and his fiancée Tracy Barlow.

Fans will finally learn the identity of the real killer when the scene airs. HELLO! Online blogger, 26, has admitted she was surprised when producers told her Tina would be written out of the soap for good. "I was shocked," she said. "Initially we thought that the door would be left open for her, which I think is every actor's ideal scenario.

"A few months later, the producers came up with this amazing exit storyline for Tina — that she was going to be killed. My heart stopped when I first found out."I do completely understand why she's being killed though — it's an amazing storyline and it will affect so many characters on the Street for the next year."
