Jennifer Lawrence shared a sweet moment with her leading men after finishing work on the final film in The Hunger Games franchise.
The actress was pictured hugging co-stars Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson as the cast celebrated filming the last scene of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2.
The touching snapshot was shared on Twitter by producer Nina Jacobson, who wrote alongside: "That's a wrap. Thank you @SuzanneCollins. Thank you @Hibbits. Thank you HG fans. Other than that, I'm speechless."
British actor Sam Claflin, who plays cocky and confident Finnick, also took to Twitter to say thank you to those who had "trusted" him to be a part of the series, based on Suzanne Collin's bestselling books.
"I just want/need to express my many thanks to everyone (cast, crew & fans) who have worked so hard for so long to make The Hunger Games experience what it is," the 27-year-old wrote.
"But for also trusting me enough to let me be part of it. I feel privileged, honoured and so very lucky to have shared this opportunity with so many passionate & talented people. #dreamjob @TheHungerGames @lionsgatemovies x."
The third and final book of the series, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, has been broken up into two films, which were shot back-to-back to make them as cohesive as possible.
"The advantage is that it is still one book, and by making all of it at once we're able to know where the characters are relative to where they need to be," producer Nina said in an interview. "Especially since there are major transformations in this story for Katniss, for Peeta and for Gale."
Jennifer heads up the star-studded cast as heroine Katniss Everdeen, with Liam and Josh playing her two love interests, Gale and Peeta. Woody stars as Haymitch, a mentor to Katniss and Peeta.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 will be released on 21 November, 2014, followed a year later by Part 2 on 20 November, 2015.
