Robert Pattinson's older sister Lizzy will be taking part in the live X Factor Wembley Arena auditions this coming weekend. Lizzy, 31, passed the first stage of behind-closed-doors auditions after impressing judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Cheryl Cole and Mel B with her voice.

A source told The Mirror: "She blew them away with her husky, soulful vocals. She's different to usual X Factor contestants – she really stands out. She could go all the way." It is thought that Lizzy's brother Robert will fly to London to support her. And although her sibling is a famous Hollywood actor, the hopeful didn't use her family connections to impress producers.

"She didn't mention she was related to him to any judges or producers. It's important to her she does not fall into the trap of just becoming 'Rob's sister'." The Twilight actor has previously revealed he loves the hit reality show, telling the Sun: "I know The X Factor goes against my musical beliefs and I shouldn't love it – but I do, I really do!""I am borderline obsessed with Simon Cowell shows and spend my nights in bed watching them on my tablet." Lizzy, who has a twin named Victoria, has already enjoyed some commercial success - she has featured on the Twilight soundtrack and has been in the top 20 with club track Let The Sunshine In.
