Cara Delevingne's burgeoning film career is going from strength to strength.
The supermodel is in talks to take a leading role in the Beach Boys-themed musical All Summer Long.
The film is by Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, the team behind hit musicals Hairspray and Chicago, and will follow fictional characters and a plot, using the Beach Boys song to drive the film.
Cara, 22, has been one of Britain's top models for several years now and has gained herself a huge worldwide following.
Although Cara has already had a small role in the Keira Knightley period drama Anna Karenina, we will get our first proper look at Cara's acting talents soon when she takes a lead in the Sky Arts drama Timeless.
A short clip was released last month, featuring Cara as Chloe, a young woman who has to look after her great-grandmother when her mother and grandmother go away on holiday.
Cara recently wrapped filming on Tulip Fever which stars Dame Judi Dench, Dane DeHaan, Cressida Bonas, and Alicia Vikander, and is set in the 17th century and has been produced by Oscar-winning producer Harvey Weinstein.
She is also currently filming Pan with Hugh Jackman and Rooney Mara, and is expected to join director Michael Winterbottom at Toronto International Film Festival next month as they premiere The Face of an Angel.
