Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood has hinted that Anton Du Beke, one of the show's professional dancers, could one day take over from Len Goodman.
"My money's on Anton Du Beke joining the judging panel," the TV star, 49, said in his weekly column for Woman magazine. "He could become the fifth judge, or he might take over from Len, if Len ever retires."
His comments are unlikely to go down well with Len, who recently insisted he wouldn't leave the dance competition by choice.
"Sometimes I read, 'Goodman isn't going to do it any more.' That's a load of nonsense," the 70-year-old told the Telegraph. "I'll never not do it. I'd never not do Strictly, it's fantastic. I love it."
Craig also said that he thought Strictly has taken the departure of Sir Bruce Forsyth in its stride.
"People always ask me if we're missing Brucie and the answer is of course. But Strictly is a supple beast and always moves with the times," he said. "And Claudia's fab, she gets wackier each week."
