Michael Buerk's wife has assured I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here fans that he will not be leaving the jungle any time soon. Christine Buerk has spoken from the Palazzo Versace hotel in Australia to remind viewers that the veteran newsman has been in far more challenging environments. "Michael isn't a quitter. I don't see him walking out. He's been in worse places," said the 68-year-old in the lounge of the hotel where she is staying Down Under. "He's been shot at, he's been gassed, he's been blown up in an ammunition dump explosion, he's seen a sound guy die, he’s seen a cameraman lose his arm."
