Happy birthday, Kate Bosworth! As the Still Alice actress celebrates turning 32, HELLO! Online takes a look at what the stars have in store for Kate and you… This is what Kate, who is a Capricorn, can be expecting today:

'We interrupt this forecast to bring you an important announcement in accordance with governmental austerity requirements. 2015, has been cancelled. We are all to turn our calendars for January 2, 2016. That won't just save us energy, it will help us to collectively avoid an enormous number of expenses we might otherwise have had to incur during the course of the year.' I can't quite promise similar solutions to all your problems at a stroke, this weekend. But you may yet have a better brainwave than this!

Despite her classic California looks, Kate Bosworth grew up on the East Coast and had always been interested in a career as a competitive horse racer, becoming a champion equestrian at the age of 14. Her love of horse racing led to her first film role in The Horse Whisperer, and in 2000 Kate won her first full-time lead performance on the short-lived WB series Young Americans, a spin-off of Dawson's Creek.

Kate's breakthrough role however came in 2002 for her role in the surf drama Blue Crush. She won positive reviews for her turn as a female surf competitor, and prepared for the film by working out with two separate trainers seven hours a day for months in order to add fifteen pounds of muscle to her frame.

In 2006 Kate starred alongside Brandon Routh as Lois Lane in Superman Returns, and it was clear that the role changed her, telling Teen Vogue: "You know how you have an experience, a time in your life when you feel you've come into your own? When you grow up a bit, and think, Now I get it? That's how I feel. I feel a little bit more complete."

During filming in 2012 on the Beat drama Big Sur, Kate began dating her director Michael Polish. The pair announced their engagement in August 2012 and married on August 31, 2013 in Philipsburg, Montana.

In 2015, Kate will star with Julianne Moore and Kristen Stewart in Still Alice, a family drama in which Julianne's Alice is diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's Disease.
