Over three years after Sony acquired the rights to make a movie out of Walter Isaacson's biography Steve Jobs, filming for the silver screen production has finally begun in San Francisco. Shooting for the film, which is expected to continue until April, has also taken place at Steve's childhood home in Los Altos, California. The film's plot is said to be structured in three parts, with focus on his friendship with fellow Apple founder Steve Wozniak, and the final scene depicting the unveiling of the first iMac in 1998.
