"The Wachowskis have created this world in which in space you have these great dynasties of families who all have different trades," reveals Eddie. "They have such an extraordinary take on the world, the Wachowskis, and it's taking all these different genres and plunging them all together and creating something even bigger."

Mila added: "Each [dynasty] has this grand world that they build, that represents a different facade of humanity, and every world looks very different from the next."

The film follows Mila's character Jupiter, who spends her days cleaning toilets. When she meets Caine (Channing), a genetically engineered ex-military hunter, who has arrived on Earth to find her, she discovers that her genetics have marked her as the heir to Earth.

Jupiter Ascending is the first major move into sci-fi for the three leads, and Eddie admits: "It's just such an extraordinary combination this film, of something completely contemporary and modern, and something science fiction and original."

"Lana and Andy have created a world that will open your mind to understanding that we are a very small grain of sand in a ginormous beach of other possibilities." adds Channing.

Jupiter Ascending is out in cinemas on Friday 6th February 2015
