Lea Michele was keen to take home a special souvenir from Glee after filming the show's final scenes on Saturday. The 28-year-old paid tribute to her late boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith by taking home the football jersey he wore on the musical show.
Lea had been keeping fans updated with her thoughts about the end of Glee over the weekend, tweeting: "I can't believe tomorrow is our last day at glee. It's going to be such an emotional day. But I'm so grateful to have had this incredibly amazing experience."
The actress continued to thank the show's fans for their support and said she would miss her character Rachel Berry before sharing the touching picture on Twitter with the caption, "One last thing."

Lea famously dated her co-star Cory for two years until he tragically died in July 2013 from a mixed drug toxicity. Cory's character of Finn was later revealed to have died in the show, leading Lea to comment: "I feel like, for me personally, I've lost two people: Cory and Finn."
Despite feeling emotional that the show was coming to an end after six and a half years, the Glee cast did make sure they celebrated their final day with a special goodbye carnival on set.
Lea was also staying positive after filming wrapped, and shared a picture of herself hiking on Sunday.

"Stay in bed and rest after wrapping Glee? No thanks. I'd rather climb a mountain! #Happy #LivingtheFitLife," she tweeted.
After finishing filming on the show Lea has said she is keen to work on both music and acting, and told Billboard: "I'd love to have the opportunity with the new freedom I have to tour the record."
The 28-year-old has also moved on with her private life, and has been dating Matthew Paetz since the summer after meeting on the set of her music video for On My Way.
