Paper Towns has been billed as one of Cara Delevingne's most high-profile roles to date, and fans of the John Green book now have their first look at the supermodel as Margo. The first trailer for the upcoming adaptation of the young adult novel stars Cara as the young teenager who pulls a disappearing act on her friends, whilst also leaving a trail of clues behind her.

Cara Delevingne and Nat Wolff star in this uplifting and curious tale of teenagers

The 22-year-old actress, known for her quirky style and laidback style, is the perfect casting choice for Margo, a young girl who names her dog after a person who never existed, and who believes that the city she lives in is made up of "paper towns, paper houses, and paper people.

"Everything is uglier up close."

Nat Wolff also stars in the film as Q, Margo's neighbour who lives with an unrequited crush on the girl. Despite ignoring Q for years, Margo shows up one night at his windows dressed like a ninja.

Halston Sage, who was dating Zac Efron, also stars in the film

She enlists Q in a campaign to get revenge on the people who have hurt her, including a cheating ex-boyfriend, but she soon vanishes - leaving Q alone to deal with the previous evening, and to figure out where she went.

Author John Green tweeted after announcing Cara's casting: "Cara Delevingne's audition blew everyone away (including me!)", and the first two minute look at Cara shows her successfully displaying her American accent and holding her own against Nat Wolff.

Both Cara and Nat are on HELLO! Online's list of the 10 rising stars from the world of film, and hopefully American actor Nat has taught Cara a thing or two about enthusiastic teenage fans - he starred in the incredibly popular The Fault In Our Stars in 2014 - which was also an adaptation of a John Green novel.
